Terms and privacy notice
This notice explains what MagicStream collects and why, in line with the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019.
What we collect
- Your account details: name, church or organisation, phone, country and email.
- Details about the computers you use MagicStream on: operating system, browser, screen, graphics card, an anonymous device code, IP address, approximate location (city or region) and when you last used it.
- Payment confirmation details you send us: method, reference code, plan and amount.
Why
We use this information to run your account, give one free trial per computer, enforce the number of computers on your plan, protect licences from misuse, confirm payments and support you. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Your video and sound
Your cameras, microphones and streams are processed on your own computer and go directly to the platforms you choose. We do not record or store them.
Storage and your rights
Account data is stored with Google Firebase. You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by contacting us on WhatsApp +254 720 508 386. If your account is deleted, MagicStream stops working on your computers.
Licence
MagicStream is licensed per account for the period you paid for. Sharing accounts, getting around the trial or computer limits, or reselling access is not allowed. Accounts that break these terms may be switched off.
